Company Profile: It was founded in 1926 by a group of seven businessmen of Karur, to cater to the financial needs of people in and around Karur who were occupied in trading businesses, industry and agriculture.
Need for Automation:
Conducting Intra-branch contests for staff on key business parameters is one of the motivational measures used at our bank. Such contests are conducted at frequent intervals and the performance of each staff has to be recorded and updated on a daily basis consuming 10 man-hours monthly. Thereby, a simple automation would allow me to focus on other important aspects of the business.
