Need for Automation:

The primary responsibility of “SVCP Documentation” team is to deliver the customer requirement of documents based on the products supplied consuming 17 hours of monthly man-hours. There are about 107 live projects being handled by the team of 4 members and the status of documents for each project is currently maintained in different folders using Excel sheets. It is cumbersome to collect the status of all these projects in one place, to do follow-up with project teams, and to analyze the performance of team by collecting all the data together. Thus, enabled us to work towards a solution.
