Need for Automation:
I am required to create the Service Bill of Material(SBOM) which helps to recognize serviceable and non-serviceable parts of a vehicle. The process carried out by classifying the serviceable and non-serviceable parts and then group the child parts to their main parts for service. The service department takes 2 hours a day to generate SBOM by downloading the source data from the ERP System. Since there is a lot of human interevent and lack of vehicle model knowledge, the process is difficult and chances of huge errors. Thus, an automation process on SBOM will kill the process consumed time and other inclined mistake.
