Need for Automation:

I am in to MIS team for Service Mobiles. One of my tasks is to generate report for service handsets (thrice in a week) – total quantity of products available in each outlet, total quantity available with supplies, Total stock available at warehouse for each product, period-wise quantity analysis, supplier-wise pendency, legal reports etc., received across 350+ branches.

This report is to understand the status on the defective handsets and resolved customer grievances. As the whole process is tedious and consumes more time, thus a need for automation to reduce the workload.
