• Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Excelgoodies.
• Severability: If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
• No Waiver: Failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of rights.
• Assignment: You may not transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without prior written consent from Excelgoodies.
