Need for Automation:

In my role within the Customer Support department, I consistently find myself managing a diverse range of Stock Status information for Sales Reps, encompassing critical details such as backorders, available quantities, order quantities, and other relevant metrics across various warehouse/plants. This multifaceted task consumes approximately 2 hours of man-hour weekly. Recognizing the pressing need for efficiency, my goal is to automate this comprehensive process, optimizing not only my time but also ensuring that Sales Reps receive a swift and accurate overview of the stock situation.

Additionally, I am entrusted with the responsibility of consolidating extensive data from multiple files, each containing a wealth of post-production details.
